” … lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest!” John 4:35

Whether you are a goer or a sender; whether you sow seeds of your time, talents or finances; the harvest truly is great and many more laborers are needed.  We believe a great last days harvest is just ahead of us.

“ … for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ … “ Ephesians 4:12

Every believer is a minister of the gospel.  Every believer has God given spiritual gifts, talents and abilities.  Every person has a God given destiny.  Effective leadership helps people discover what God has already given to them.  As 2 Corinthians 1:24 says, we do not have dominion over your faith but are fellow workers for your joy, by faith you stand.

“ … your sons and your daughters shall prophesy … “ Joel 2:28

God is outside of time!  Time only exists in Him!  Your destiny, your gifts, talents and abilities were designed for you by God before you were formed in your mother’s womb.  Your family tree does not dictate your destiny, your social status does not dictate your destiny.  God has a plan for you!  You can reach your life plan faster by seeking God and His plan for your life.  Ask God to help you make important life decisions.  David realized the plan for his life at thirty years of age.  He saw himself as part of the solution.  Moses saw the problem but did not see himself as part of the solution.  It took eighty years until he fulfilled his destiny.

” … you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me … to the end of the earth.” Acts 1:8

Without the power of the Holy Spirit, our words are empty containers; our prayers dull and listless; our actions without meaning.  God tells us that to all who ask He will give the Holy Spirit; He will also freely give wisdom.  We serve a living God who hears, answers, directs and guides us.  Apart from Him, we can do nothing.

“ … a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb … “ Revelation 7:9

The gateway to God’s presence is through praise and thanksgiving.  In Exodus 19:6 God’s people are called a kingdom of priests set apart to worship God.  In the New Testament we are known as a royal priesthood, a holy nation.  Our primary job is to worship God.  One day every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord.  The people surrounding God’s throne will be from every tribe, every nation, every people group.

“ … commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.” 2 Timothy 2:2

When Jesus returns He will be looking for faith.  Those who are faithful in the little things will be faithful in much.  In our leaders, we look for faithful men and women who will be able to train up others also.  We use the FAST system to identify them.  Those who are Faithful, Available, Submissive and Teachable.  This kind makes great leaders!

“ … your old men shall dream dreams … “ Joel 2:28

No matter what your age, God has a plan for your life.  If you ask God, He is happy to reveal His plan to you and guide you.  Religion seeks for a sign, but a servant of God asks, “What do You want me to do?” Moses fulfilled his destiny after eighty years.  Caleb was eighty-five years old when he drove the giants out of the land.
